STEP 1: Chose your products from over 1000 available supplements; see supplement facts, adjust quantities.
STEP 2: Start the check-out process by entering billing information. As a registered user you only enter this information once.
STEP 3: The custom design process starts online in the check-out section. Here is where you provide us with your company logo (if any), let us know color and font choices, or leave us any other directions that you want to be considered for the design. This is, however, optional: You can choose to have us design your entire label from scratch at no cost to you!
STEP 4: Here is where you pay for your order, provide your credit card details on our secure ordering page, or select another payment method to submit your order for processing.

Shipping

We offer free shipping of all orders within the continental United States. For international orders or orders from Hawaii and Alaska normal shipping charges apply. WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S., all orders are insured because, without it, we cannot guarantee delivery or cover damages, if any. All packages are sent via either USPS , UPS, or DHL (unless otherwise instructed by customer). Orders delivered outside the continental United States will be charged USPS EXPRESS shipping and handling costs. Charges are based on the weight and destination. All packages are sent as non-prescription nutritional supplements for private use only. So far, all orders have been accepted in ALL continents. All orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hours. ATTENTION EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS: Please read our section titled “Special Services for EU Customers by clicking here.

We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) orders.

Return Policy

Since private label orders are customized to meet each client’s individual needs, we cannot provide an open return policy or issue refunds on for Private Labeled products. However, your satisfaction is guaranteed: If we do not deliver exactly what you have ordered or what we initially promised, we are willing to take back the order in exchange for the correct product. Any incurring shipping fees will be at our expense. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund/exchange. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on bulk supplements, raw materials, or finished private label products.

Damaged Merchandise

You must notify us within 7 days if any product is received either damaged or defective. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a "Return Label" will be enclosed for the defective items to be returned back to us. When requested by us, you must return any damaged or defective merchandise within 14 days.

Backorders

If items are unavailable for shipment, your order containing the ‘in stock’ products will be shipped immediately and the remaining backorder will be credited to your credit card or bank account. Often times we will contact you and offer a similar or identical item in place of the backorder. You may also choose to wait until the product becomes available.
